A Park City resident since childhood, Sarah Vieyra has earned a reputation as an honest, enthusiastic and relatable agent who consistently goes above and beyond to generate the very best results for her clients. Sarah was awarded The Agency's Rookie of the Year in 2019 and Rising Star in 2020.
The daughter of a veteran real estate agent, Sarah grew up immersed in the world of open houses and negotiation. Energized by each new challenge real estate brings and committed to exceeding her clients’ expectations, Sarah considers it an honor to help individuals and families across Park City realize their dream of homeownership.
Sarah graduated from Park City High School and earned her B.A. in Strategic Communications from Ohio State University. When she’s not representing buyers and sellers in real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, horseback riding, hiking and enjoying the outdoors.
Ben Kubicki
A self-described “people person” with a natural ability to connect with others, Ben Kubicki approaches every new client with enthusiasm, commitment and optimism. Part of The Agency’s Park City team, Ben’s positive attitude, polished demeanor and stellar networking skills have earned him a glowing reputation in the local real estate community. He specializes in residences in Park City as well as neighboring Heber, Midway and Kamas. Ben was awarded The Agency's Rising Star in 2020.
Before entering the industry himself, Ben drew inspiration observing his mother excel in real estate for more than two decades. A graduate of Ohio State University’s Communications program, Ben brings a strong ability to problem-solve, navigate the various needs of his clients and advocate on their behalf to every step of the listing and transaction process.
A devoted family man, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and son. As an avid outdoorsman, you can find him in the mountains, hiking, camping, hunting and fishing when he's not with his family. When winter rolls in, Ben can be found on the slopes skiing and enjoying everything that the snow has to offer.
