Jeremy Ranch near Park City Utah

Jeremy  Ranch is situated on the outskirts of Park City just 9 miles from Main Street, or a short 10 minute drive. At the heart of the neighborhood is a famous golf and country club established in 1981 and designed by the world famous golfer Arnold Palmer. This is the only golf course in the state of Utah that is an Arnold Palmer signature course. Jeremy Ranch is known to be a very family friendly residential community with its proximity to amazing schools and an easy commute into the Salt Lake City area. 

Living in Jeremy Ranch 

Jeremy Ranch is a little quieter than living closer to the center of Park City, this could be why it has such a high percentage of year round residents. While Jeremy Ranch is a bit removed from the main attractions of Park City it is still just 10 minutes away offering a wide range of amenities of its own. There are several different living opportunities in the Jeremy Ranch community including condos, townhomes, and single-family homes within smaller neighborhood enclaves. There are 14 distinct neighborhoods that make up the Jeremy Ranch residential community. 

Jeremy Ranch Amenities

Most amenities at Jeremy Ranch can be found at the Jeremy Ranch Golf and Country Club including golf, dining, private events, and a Nordic Ski Track. 

Beginning in 1982 the greatest names in golf came to play at Jeremey Ranch. In the club's earliest days you could find players including Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Chi Chi Rodrigues, Ben Crenshaw, and Dave Stockton on the course. Jeremy Ranch was the host of the senior PGA Tour Event, The Shootout at Jeremy Ranch from 1982 to 1992. The course is 18 holes beautifully designed through the mountain landscape of which the East Canyon Creek winds through 9 holes. It is a stunning challenging championship course. 

The three story clubhouse is located above the golf course and is home to amazing dining venues, social club events including concerts, a fully stocked golf pro shop, fitness center, large locker rooms, and multiple bars. The clubhouse also offers plenty of venues to host a private event including a wedding, reception, birthday party, reunion, etc. 

In the winter Jeremy Ranch is home to the JR Nordic Track. Members can purchase or rent any nordic ski gear needed in the pro shop or book a private lesson. 

Schools of Jeremy Ranch

The public schools serving the families residing in Jeremy Ranch are part of the Park City School District. Jeremey Ranch Elementary is located very near to homes in the community and is a top school in the state. Jeremy Ranch Elementary was recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School in 2017, the first school in the district to receive the honor. In addition to amazing public schools there are a handful of great private schools in Park City including Park City Day School, Soaring Wings International Montessori School, and Ussa Team Academy.
