Relocating to Tuhaye

Tuhaye is a beautiful gated golf community overlooking the Jordanelle Reservoir along the scenic Wasatch Mountain Range. Owners of property in this community have access to the Talisker Club offering exceptional amenities and four-star resort services. Nearly all homes in Tuhaye features stunning golf course views as well as Mountain and landscape panoramic views from nearly every spot in the resort community. This premier golf community offers easy access to the mountains of Utah, fabulous fishing and boating, skiing, golf, and endless outdoor activities. The master plan is built around an 18 hole golf course designed by Mark O'Meara offering spectacular views of the Timpanogos Mountains. There are a total of 715 homesites with a collection of custom houses, townhouses, and villas sitting on laws of up to 7 acres and ranging in size from 2000 ft.² to 8500 ft.².

Talisker Club

Those that choose to can be members of the Talisker. This luxury, year-round lifestyle community features golf, skiing, shuttle services, lounges, spa, kids camp, and multiple outdoor activities. The membership is available to all property owners of Tuhaye, Red Cloud, and Empire Pass but not all properties are sold with the membership. Membership can be transferable. As of 2021, a Talisker membership cost $100,000 and is an equity membership of which 80% is refundable when you sell the property. An extended family membership is allowed to be shared with children, grandchildren, and adult parents.

Tuhaye Neighborhoods

Because Tuhaye will feature over 700 homes when completed, there are a few neighborhoods currently being built out including MorningStar, Loan Peak, Kings Light, Silence Creek, and more. There are several neighborhoods currently being designed and plotted that have yet to have a dedicated name. New construction is still available, beautiful Lake and Mountain View homes, homes right on the golf course, and a variety of other architectural designs. There is a 1% transfer fee or reinvestment fee that is due to the HOA upon closing all new purchases.

Tuhaye Location

Tuhaye is about 45 miles from the Salt Lake International Airport about 11 miles from downtown Park City. Most residents are about 12 miles to the closest ski resort.
